If your client decides not to proceed with a transaction or works with another agent, there is no fee owed to you. You only earn referral fees when transactions successfully close. There's no risk to you or your client.

Can I refer clients in any US state or Canadian province?
Yes! Our network covers all 50 US states and all Canadian provinces and territories. Whether your client is moving across town or across the continent, we have agents ready to serve them.

How do I track the status of my referrals?
Once you submit a referral, you'll receive confirmation and regular updates via email. You can also contact our referral coordination team at any time to check on the status of your referrals.

What if my client has a bad experience with the receiving agent?
We take client satisfaction seriously. If your client has concerns, contact us immediately and we'll work to resolve the issue, which may include reassigning to a different agent. Your reputation and our reputation depend on excellent service.

Do I need to be an Exit Realty agent to submit referrals?

How are referral fees paid?
